Businesses and organisations continually have to adapt to change and they have to adapt far more quickly and far more often than they used to. Standard solutions and products (including IT solutions) are no longer best or even adequate practice. New solutions or practices have to be flexible, adaptable to change that cannot be foreseen as do the projects that introduce them.

It is in this context that we are finding people asking us to work with them. Please don't look for a suite of recipes or 'off the shelf' solutions. We consider each job to be a unique challenge and tailor our approach accordingly.
