Our facilities

Our office premises in Oakleigh can offer your customers a professional face for your Association.

Staffed during regular office hours, we are happy for your customers to drop into the office to make enquiries or pay for subscriptions and events, even if you only require our services for a few hours a week. We are also able to offer a phone answering service with the option of a unique telephone number answered in your Association name.

We are located on the edge of the Oakleigh Shopping Centre which makes daily banking and mail handling a simple task.

Other onsite facilities that many of our clients find useful include:

  • A boardroom available for client use, equipped with whiteboard, data projector and conference call facilities. With a variety of cafés in the area, we are also easily able to source catering for your meetings. The room seats 10-12 people and must be booked in advance.
  • A ‘hot desk’ with computer for our clients to come and attend to any business matters that are more easily done onsite.
  • A limited amount of storage space for holding archived material.
